DTF Transfers by the Metre in Moscow
We print DTF heat transfers on 58 cm wide gang sheets in Moscow: 1,500 RUB for one metre, down to 750 RUB per metre on long runs. Ready in 1–2 business days, ready to press.

DTF (direct to film) means your design is printed on a transfer film with white ink and adhesive powder, then pressed onto fabric with a heat press. It works on cotton, polyester, blends, fleece and French terry in any colour, with no screens and no minimum per design. That makes DTF printing a practical choice for small brands, merch and test batches as well as larger runs.
We sell DTF transfers as finished film by the running metre. You apply them yourself, or we can apply single items at the workshop (from 100 RUB per piece). Each order comes with a short application guide.
How gang sheet printing works
A gang sheet is one long strip of film where many designs sit side by side. Our print width is 58 cm (580 mm), and you pay for the length used. Different designs and sizes can share one metre. The length is rounded up to a whole metre, so 1.2 m is charged as 2 m.
- About 45 prints of 10 × 10 cm fit on one metre.
- About 8 back prints of 20 × 28 cm fit on one metre.
- Designs can be rotated 90° to save film.

File requirements
- Formats: EPS, AI, CDR, SVG, PDF, TIFF, PNG, PSD.
- CMYK, 8 bit, 300 dpi, at 1:1 scale (actual print size).
- Transparent background around the design. No white box behind the artwork.
- Clean edges and no semi-transparent areas such as soft shadows or glows; they print unevenly.
- At the final size, 250 dpi or more is good; 150 dpi is the lowest acceptable.

Pre-press the garment for a few seconds to remove moisture. An iron works for one or two items without steam, but a heat press gives even pressure and is the right tool for batches. Fabrics with water-repellent coating should be tested first.
Washing
Wash inside out at up to 40 °C, no bleach. Wait at least 24 hours after pressing before the first wash.
Turnaround, pickup and delivery
Printing takes 1–2 business days after payment and layout approval, up to 3 business days depending on the order. Orders received before 13:00 go into that day's queue. Collect from the workshop on Dmitrovskoye Shosse 46 bldg 2 (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00), use a Moscow courier, or ship within Russia by CDEK, Russian Post and other carriers at the carrier's rate. International shipping is on request only: ask the manager.
